The
seller was able to produce logos that matched our ideas for the brand
without getting solid examples to work with. We did upload a brand book
and this might have helped. But overall I was impressed by the project
timeline and the final result

Tiejet was very prompt with
their responses to my messages and also very good about the number of
revisions requested. The end product is what I had in mind and is to my
liking.
However, communicating was frustrating and seemed very one-sided. It is
difficult to explain a concept in your mind to a stranger and not have
any questions asked for clarity. I asked for a video call to help close
this out sooner but was told it is not permitted. Therefore, several
times, I felt that what was delivered did not meet the brief in my
previous message. 31 days is too long for this project and this is
mainly because the communication was all one-way.
In the end, I am happy with the outcome.

This designer far exceeded
my expectations. I wrote her a short paragraph describing what I would
like in my logo. When the first design came I knew it was the one. It
took my breath away and I started to cry. My husband heard me crying
and came in to see what was wrong I showed him the logo and he also
teared up. Can’t say enough praise for this designer. Truly gifted.
Listens to what you want and really dives in deep. She also responds
almost immediately to emails. I couldn’t be more pleased.
